Wayne Action for Racial Equality awards three scholarships each spring - two of $1,500 and one of $1,000. Who is eligible: Wayne County High School seniors who identify as Black or African American and have plans to attend an institution of higher learning (2 or 4-year college, trade, technical or professional school).
